Have not yet tried the product, though I am confident it will work as expected, even so I was shocked to receive a fedex import bill for nearly a quarter the price for the unit itself. Well....got a GTS for my Suzuki Swift…
Well....got a GTS for my Suzuki Swift (AZ) Boosterjet Sport 2019. No bug at all installing information technology (after I got the correct pictures for my car - K14C engine).
But........I can´t connect it between mobile phone (Android 7) and the GTS. It fails large time and post-obit messege came up: "Attension. Error adding a new product. Effort once more". Yup. Did that 10-12 times now and even so no succes.
Waiting answer from support.

Purchased the "S" version for my Audi A3 1.9TDI.
Simple to install, great price and instantly noticeable increase in torque.
I'm yet to test it on a long run to cheque whether the MPG improves.
Then far, so good.
GTS on the MINI
Got the GTS for my 2020 MINI JCW. Installation was breeze easy, clear instruction with more than enough cable ties included. May desire to include velcro tape next time, RaceChip.
Tried all stages, got mine with the apps command, all suits my driving way depending whenever I demand it.
I look forward in getting the XLR for quick throttle response next :)

Easy to install the bit, the instructions for the product were clear and came with pictures. The functioning you can experience it more on setup number 5, the setup number 3 that comes straight out of the box doesn't make much difference from standard setup.
A SCAM
I was forced to file a complaint with the gendarmerie for fraud following my buy.
The box is incompatible with my engine.
All tests and instructions were followed.
After 2 cases inverse, I asked for a refund.
They sent me dorsum a third.
I had someone from customer service explain to me that they didn't intendance about my trouble, that I didn't have to return them and that I could go and file a complaint.
TO FIRE, THEY ARE SCAMS !!
And following this review, know that RACECHIP will contact Trustpilot to allow them know that I am not a customer so that my review is not published.
Unfortunately for them, I kept all the credentials and Trustpilot and a completely neutral and objective site.
I promise you lot don't make the same mistake I did.

I have it on the highest setting 7
I find it has made a departure to the car the actress torque has me driving around in sixth gear at around 36mph,so I take not noticed whatever more higher fuel consumption.

Good experience, tke kit seems to be working on my car, i feel a quicker acceleration specially on the second and tertiary gear and this is exactly what I was looking for. Ordering, aircraft and customer back up was all fine and quick. And then far all is proficient.
I bought the S version for my 2012 1.8…
I bought the South version for my 2012 1.8 TSI Yeti and its done everything its said. Easy to install and piece of cake to alter the level of boost. I played around with the level of boost to see which was best suited. Afterward a calendar month I changed the boost level to 0 to run across if my other half could tell the deviation and sure enough later on a day or and then she complained the car didn't have the oomph off the lights equally it did and could I await at it. And so that's proof in its cocky.
The dazzler of adding these instead of a total remap is you lot tin can change it as and when with no fuss.
I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a little more without spending large money.
Terrible tuning bit
Terrible tuning chip. I purchased i for my 2021 Ford Ranger directly from over sea's that got to me rather speedily. Installation was pretty straight frontward but it gave me admittedly no more power. There was no deviation between stock and tune set to the performance setting. Basically an expensive paper weight. It was I nightmare to return and go reimbursed. Glad it's behind me now.

I Ordered my Race-Chip over a month ago, I paid roughly 150 for the i for my car. I hadn't received information technology for quite some fourth dimension and then I inquired near my order. 2013 BMW X3 20d. New Zealand Arrived 2 days after ordered.
10 infinitesimal to fit. ZOOM!! Brilliant. I am going to be very interested in average fuel fire now.
This the second ane I have purchased. The first ane was 2015 for a 2013 Peugeot 208 GTI. Even with a big aftermarket intercooler and poking out 253 hp information technology would still average 5.9L/100km traveling to work. Never had any problems.
Average fuel usage has dropped from 7.2l/100km to vi.1l/100km I reckon that's pretty skilful. More than than happy

Following my below review, and many emails, RaceChip finally agreed to a full refund. A characterization for return was sent to me and I duly returned the flake.
A couple of days later I received an email saying the chip had been received and refund would exist processed within 14 days.
sixteen days later no such refund received then I emailed them for and update and incredulously, despite email confirming safety receipt, they now claim chip was not received!!!

Racechip Southward arrived, unboxed and opened instructions and plant them to exist for a different automobile, turns out they just accept the one standard instructions and email you ones for your car.
The email was a motion-picture show of my engine bay with ii sensors circled, one you could see as the engine cover had been left on.
Then racechip are sending out units with instructions they know that yous cannot use to install racechip into your machine.
They say some installs can be tricky, my car would of needed some of the engine taking apart which im not qualified to do and they wont encompass garage costs for install.
Client service is horrible, spoke to an Oliver who told me he wasnt qualified to answer some of my questions and the other guy i had to ask the same question at to the lowest degree iii times as he insisted on answering the question he wanted to answer, not the 1 i asked.
No effort fabricated to keep my business concern or even asked ii i would like to exist transfered to someone who could assistance me, just seemed cracking to procedure my return.
If they had been upfront about the install for my car i never would have ordered rather than ordering, finding out things the long way, seems a complete waste matter of fourth dimension.
Besides has me concerned that if the company puts this petty effort into the pedagogy manuals does the same effort become into the chip??
Horrible experience, best avoid racechip and observe a company that will support and wait subsequently you.

Please practice non purchase products from Racechip they provide horrible support, I never met the worst supporteam in my entire life, I purchased a car with a race fleck installed, but the race chip was not working properly, so they gave me a new ane, it didn't work properly either, they tried to the modify the settings,didn't work either, they replaced the scrap once again, didn't help they replaced it yet again,didn't work,after that, I want my money back,no no mode I will be getting my money dorsum for the Racechip because I didn't purchase Scrap from them but with the motorcar, so I don't own the chip!!!!:D, fifty-fifty tho the chip is in the original car + original possessor sold me the chip , And I was told that I can sell it to someone and they would reprogram the chip for some other Auto, at that place I plant out that the reprogramming that you accept bachelor when purchasing the flake can exist merely used if the beginning owner requests it. And does race chip actually think that I will be putting other people at risk later on I nearly got into three crashes because my car dying in the centre of our route, in the middle of an intersection, and the 3 times information technology was when I was crossing an intersection and I wanted to advance in my motorcar wouldn't permit me, later explaining This problem to race scrap back up they said they cannot do annihilation they only tin can provide me with a new race flake, yous are a disgrace to tunning motorcar companies, and I pray that someone will sue your company for unsafe products

I bought the Race scrap XL for my 2015…
I bought the Race chip 40 for my 2015 Sonota 2.0t. I could notice a big deviation in ability. For some reason my car would shudder under acceleration, and my fuel economy went way downwardly. I honestly think it is an issue with my motorcar, just anyways they were very fast to try and fix it, and when it didn't work and I said I just wanted to render it, they sent me a label to pay for shipping to Frg, and issued a refund. Even though this didn't work out, I would utilize them again.
